Extensive experience in leadership development
Challenge Leadership Academy was founded in 1996 by Esmeralda Hemels. She has extensive experience as a program designer, trainer, and coach. She studied at Saïd Business School / Oxford University and HEC Paris and is certified in various internationally recognized leadership methodologies and assessments.
