Our History

Challenge Leadership Development Academy was founded in 1996 by CEO Esmeralda Hemels and in the year 2000 Ger Driesen joined its forces. To this day, Challenge Leadership Development Academy enjoys extensive involvement of the top-management in each of our projects. We do not shy away from using our contacts within the industry whenever a slightly different expertise is required so we can truly fulfill the needs of our clients. We utilise our long-standing relationships with others in the industry to fully cater to the needs of our clients.

We aim for positive lasting impact that crosses boundaries, beyond the business domain. Over the years, Challenge Leadership Development Academy has been the recipient of multiple distinguishments: ‘Best Traineeship Benelux 2013’ (of Fokker Technologies) and the ‘Learning & Development Award 2013’
